Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial — you're only charged when it ends, and you can cancel any time from the billing portal. Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record; your card details go to them, never to us.

Billing questions
How does the trial work?
Pick a plan and start the trial — you get full Pro for 7 days and aren't charged until it ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
How do I activate Pro?
Pro is tied to the email you pay with. After checkout, sign in to ChatPanel with that email (a one-tap link, no password) and Pro unlocks — on every device you sign in on.
What happens to my accounts if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. You keep every account you already created; you just can't add new ones past the free limit until you're on Pro again.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, any time, from Paddle's self-service billing portal — reachable from ChatPanel's settings.
